COACHING & MENTORING

No matter how great the content and facilitator are, only a small percentage of the material taught is ever retained and given that our programmes are about facilitating behaviour change, coaching and mentoring is a key part of what we do.
Our coaching sessions are designed to ensure specific knowledge transfer and behavioural change that will continue to deliver key benefits, long after we have completed our programme. Typically, sessions are conducted 30, 60 and 90 days following a sales programme and involve sales management as well as individual sales teams.
Mentoring is more informal, less structured, less task oriented and is normally done on a one-to-one basis. It typically focusses on career or personal development with knowledge transfer taking place over a longer period of time, with 3 to 6 months not being uncommon.
